Had the double chicken avocado salad w water Extra corn, cojita, sour cream, no pico w pinto beans on side. It came w dressing. Within half hour severe stomach cramps and pain then onto nausea vomiting then diarrhea w fever n chills  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting, Cramps, Chills
