I ate a breakfast croissant on wednesday may 18, 2022 and got immediately ill. I have been in the bed for 3 days with severe vomiting, diarrhea, body aches, fever, and chills.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Something else, Fever, Chills, Body Ache

Purchased Hormel Black Label Bacon 5/1/21. Could not find an expiration date. Identifying number on package: 37600 48620. May 2, 3 and 4th, fried 3-4 pieces of bacon per day and ate. Dizziness and nausea started occurring May 3 and has become more severe daily.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Dizziness

I went a Mexican restaurant by work called Plazuelas around 3 pm I had shrimp tacos . I started feeling weird about 3 hours later my stomach started cramping and hurting severely I became nauseas and started having chills then became worse through out the night  | Symptoms: Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Cramps, Chills
