I love this store but the last 2 nights after I had a salad using their double iceberg lettuce I have diarrhea and bubbly stomach and pain. I havent had anything else and both times it started after I ate that. Could be a coincidence but doesn't seem like it.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea

I ordered 12 ct. barbeque chicken strips and an hour after eating one i was horribly sick in the bathroom with diarrhea and vomiting until all the food was gone. It was the only thing I'd eaten today and it's very disappointing as it was good if a bit soft.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting

Avocado buger, Went for for late lunch. Had our food about 2-3 hours later started with stomach discomfort, stomach rumbling non stop vomiting and diarreah. It’s been 4 hours and I haven’t been able to stopped any of those symptoms. I now have body pain and chills.  | Symptoms: Vomiting, Diarrhea, Fever, Chills
