I purchased and ate nacho supreme, burrito supreme, crunchy taco supreme around 11 pm. At 3 am I started feeling nausea with bloating and severe cramps. I went to the bathroom with diarrhea then went back to bed. Minutes later I was burping which lead to vomiting  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Cramps, Bloating, Burping
