I got a salad with steak. The salad looked suspicious as there were pieces of yellow wilting arugula. About 12 hours later I developed nausea followed by diarrhea and vomiting.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting

Immmy girlfriend and I cane for dinner at around 5:30 pm and we both ordered a beer and then she got the philly cheese steak and I got the pot roast we are both expieencing insane vomiting and dihrea and and feel so god damn Sick we cannot stop vomiting.
