I ate a spicy southwest salad around 930 last night. I ended up waking up around 330 am with diarrhea and stomach pains. I went to work at 830 am and by 900 am I was severely throwing up. I ate chicken nuggets from chik fil a with my sister, that morning we felt super sick in our stomach.
