I bought a packaged salad meal at about 8 pm on Thursday night, November 2nd.It was a chopped salad with a ginger-miso dressing.

My family and I ate at the bistro and bakery 10/29 around 530-7 pm had several items but it seems to have been the chocolate chip cookie from the bakery. Only my partner and I have had symptoms so far and no one else but us ate the cookie.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting

Only ate dinner last night. Food from Costco. Son at same thing and did not get sick. Only difference is I ate the thigh and drumstick from a Costco rotisserie chicken which looked pink. My son only ate the white meat which looked cooked. So it must have been the chicken.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea
