Husband ate chicken bowl at around 12pm today had upset stomach by 3pm, and was vomiting. By 6 pm fever, severe diarrhea, vomiting ?, and nausea. He is very ill and may need to go to the ER. Burrito Famous you will hear from me!!!  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting

Never had probalems before. Always had the salad bar. This was different though. Work up in the middle of the night (six to eight hours later) and had it coming out of both ends.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting
