I bought philly rolls from Publix and ate in car on way home. It was good. When I got home I wasn’t feeling well and had diarrhea and threw up. I bought another tray and afraid to eat it. Never had this problem before.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting

I come here at least once a week, but this is the first time over ever been late around 9 pm, orders a spicy original, with pepper jack combo with a cookie and cream shake as the beverage, as soon as I finished eating everything hit me and have been miserable since.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
