I bought philly rolls from Publix and ate in car on way home. It was good. When I got home I wasn’t feeling well and had diarrhea and threw up. I bought another tray and afraid to eat it. Never had this problem before.  | 症状: 恶心, 呕吐

I come here at least once a week, but this is the first time over ever been late around 9 pm, orders a spicy original, with pepper jack combo with a cookie and cream shake as the beverage, as soon as I finished eating everything hit me and have been miserable since.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐

我在 Target 的结账线上买了一袋 “裸” 干苹果片。大约一个小时后，我开始感觉非常恶心，不得不躺下。不久之后，我开始呕吐和腹泻无法控制。太糟糕了，我丈夫不得不把我送到急救中心去做极度脱水。在进行测试之后，急诊人员告诉我这可能是食物中毒。我只是在那袋苹果片上没有别的，所以这可能是唯一的罪魁祸首。

My husband and my 2 year old got really sick they have had fevers throwing up alot had severe diarrhea after eating chicken sandwiches. I am pregnant and a bite of there sandwiches and also got sick. This is unacceptable  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐

On Sunday, November 25th I had the chicken fried steak with gravy, mashed potatoes, and green beans. No one else in my group of three had any of these menu items. The very next day I was throwing up with constant diarrhea.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐
