me and my wife ate chic-fil-a right at the breakfast to lunch turnover, i had a spicy chicken combo and she had that regualr chick sandwich combo, we both had the same symptoms diarrhea and nausea for a day.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting

I ordered the Greek salad with chicken shawarma on top for lunch on June 5. About four hours after eating, I had stomach cramps and just generally felt awful. Diarrhea started about 7:00 p.m. and intermittenly continued throughout the evening. Vomited once.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Cramps

Had a San which delivered from Jimmy John's that I ate and within an hour started to feel nauseous with stomach pains, by the time I had gotten home that day I was having cold sweats and fever. I ate Bacon cheeseburger and got super super sick with stomach cramps, nausea and diarrhea. I even gave a piece to my dog and she was puking and had diarrhea this morning.
