me and my wife ate chic-fil-a right at the breakfast to lunch turnover, i had a spicy chicken combo and she had that regualr chick sandwich combo, we both had the same symptoms diarrhea and nausea for a day.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐

I ordered the Greek salad with chicken shawarma on top for lunch on June 5. About four hours after eating, I had stomach cramps and just generally felt awful. Diarrhea started about 7:00 p.m. and intermittenly continued throughout the evening. Vomited once.  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐, 抽筋

I ate Bacon cheeseburger and got super super sick with stomach cramps, nausea and diarrhea. I even gave a piece to my dog and she was puking and had diarrhea this morning. I know that something was wrong with the food especially my dog having the same symptoms as me.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 抽筋
