Me tonight and my husband last month, their blueberry muffins My husband ate some of the blueberry muffins last month and got sick and I had the banana nut from the same package and nothing happened to me but today when I tried the blueberry I became sick too.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting

Shamrock shake, McDonald's, Florida 71, Marianna, FL, USA

Husband and I stopped for a shamrock shake and as soon as I got home I was so sick I was burning up and violently shaking for at least 1 hr . My stomach was in pain as well as my husbands who as well threw up and diarrhea .  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Shaking, Fever, Stomach Pain
