My wife and I ate McDonalds from 951 and Immokalee Rd
Naples, FL At about 8pm by 130-2am we where both getting sick and that was the only thing we both ate the same so for sure that's what happened

Went out to eat with my mother at our local Panera , both had the same exact order of the chicken Caesar sandwich , both had nothing else to eat that night and we both woke up vomiting with diarrhea.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting
