5/29/16 - All I ate was Pulled Pork and green beans. About 13 hours later at 5am on 5/30/16 is when I threw up. Then again at 9:30am. No food has been consumed since yesterday at 4pm and I am only drinking water.  | Symptoms: Vomiting

I ate the Earmuff with chicken, black beans, rice, lettuce, pico, cucumber, and cilantro... I eat there religiously and knew something didn't taste right when is ate I wasn't sure if it was the beans that were undercooked or rice but I'm not sure it definitely tasted… See more

Ordered a medium steak but noticed it came a little more on the rare side. I don't like complaining so I ate it anyway, at night my stomach started making noises. Woke up in the morning and started getting dizzy and all the symptoms  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Dizziness
