Vacationing with family. Decided to stop in for salad, breadsticks and pasta. I had linguini with Alfredo garlic sauce. Poor service and this caps it off. Got home around 9 with bloated stomach. 5 hours later I have been in the bathroom non stop with diarrhea and vomiting.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting, Bloating

The store was very busy, and the girl was whipping lettuce off the cutting table and throwing it in the trash to which her hand was touching the trash. The meat also looked and tasted very dry as if it may be old. I didn't think anything… See more

Ate a Caesar salad at Wendy's. Within the hour, I was throwing up. Stayed in bed and woke up and had diarrhea. A fever started later in the day. I missed 3 days of my Disneyworld vacation. Wendy's took my info and never called me back.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting

I ordered a quarter pounder with cheese meal from there and a few hours later I was vomiting, diarrhea, fever and sweating! I know it was that because I had not eaten since that morning and I was feeling fine.
