Went to got a salad, Only me, less than 1 hour before symptoms started. I am on day 7. Explosive diarrhea, nausea, vomiting cramps to start off. On day 7 very bad nausea, still diarrhea and worse vomiting .  | Symptoms: Vomiting, Nausea, Diarrhea, Cramps

Me and my girlfriend both got chicken tenders and I got tired after I ate. I went to sleep and 3 hours later I woke up having to vomit and I'm having diarrhea and both at the same time. I also have chills.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Chills
