ate the meal for lunch 11am. 1-2pm started experiencing stomach pains. 2:30pm vomiting and diarrhea for the next few hours. fever all night. 48 hours later still cant eat. diarrhea is still frequent.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain

I ate a chicken burrito at around 5 pm. It had white rice, black beans, chicken, cheese, and lettuce. Later on at around 9pm my stomach started to hurt. Then when I woke in the morning the next day, my stomach start to hurt even worse. I had diarrhea was vomiting that entire day.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
