I ate at the restaurant yesterday at around 9 pm(7/18/2016). I had pain right away. Then I have had diarrhea, nausea and voting all night long. I haven't gone to the doctor yet. I am still tired.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting

Dinner time. Had stuffed mushrooms for appetizer, then tour of Italy, although I did not have the Parmesan chicken. Had salad and breadsticks too.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
