I ate a spicy Italian subway sandwich last night, then at 6 am I woke up with pain in my stomach and constant vomiting. I went to work thinking that I'd feel better and I couldn't stop vomiting and having diarrhea. I took medicine but it never worked. Then I got chills and a major headache
