I bought and ate a Mexican pizza, I soon after felt nausea and belching up foul taste. I now have severe diarrhea, headache, fever and body aches. If my symptoms worsen, I will have to seek medical attention.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting, Headache, Burping, Body Ache
