Purchased 3 taco supremes and they made me sick Shortly after eating I began having stomach cramps and feeling nausea. I then had severe diarrhea that kept me up most of the night in the bathroom with a watery stool that had a green mucus in the stool. It happened on January 26, 2022,  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Cramps, Mucus in Stools

I Purchased my 4 year old son a hamburger happy meal on December 13, 2017 about 4 hours later found my son threw up and unresponsive called 911 was told by the doctor at the emergency room that he had food poisoning  | Symptoms: Fever, Nausea, Vomiting
