I had the spicy chicken sandwich meal at 2:30pm. At 10:30pm I started have fever, nausea and watery mouth. At 11:00pm vomiting began along with diarrhea. This was the only meal I consumed all day.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting

My husband and I purchased 10 Taco's total. He had 5 hard shell and I ate 5 soft shell. About 3 hours after my husband started throwing up and has diarrhea as well. He is still throwing up and still has diarrhea. I on the other hand am just fine.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
