On July 8, 2016, I stopped at burger king to get me some chicken nuggets since then I haven't eatten too much or haven't had much of an appetite. And I strongly feel like that is the reason of my food poisoning. I am a wear of what this experience feels like because I had it once before in my life.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting

Ate Tuesday 5/17/16 for dinner a grilled chicken sandwich, fries and smores blizzard. Have had 6-7 bouts of diarrhea per day for over 72 hours. In so much pain and going to see urgent care in the morning.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea
