Today I had the not a sloppy Joe. A couple hours after I eat it I pass out for like 6 hours mid way through the day. When I was up I exhibit all of those symptoms I highlighted and more  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Fever, Cramps, Chills, Headache

I got the smoked ribs 07/14/25, and within an hour I had a horrible headache and felt extremely nauseous. I threw up all night. I’ve been here before and been fine, but this was the only thing I ate on this day and it was an immediate reaction to the meat. Yesterday 6/24 I ordered the smoked turkey, hush puppies, Cole slaw, and a Pepsi. I had immediate stomach cramps and chills after eating a few bites of the turkey and most of the hush puppies, and had diarrhea the following day 6/25.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Stomach Pain, Chills, Cramps

I ate a Smokehouse salad with smoked chicken and ranch dressing at 2:00 pm on 1/31/25. At 10:00 pm, the same day, I started getting very bad cramps with vomiting, diarrhea, chill and a headache.
