Woke up in the middle of the night vomitting, diarrhea(now with blood), severe stomach pain and cramping. Symptoms have lasted more than 12 hours.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Cramps, Stomach Pain

Ate a nacho supreme for lunch last Thursday. A co-worker had a burrito supreme from there for lunch that same day. Friday night about 7-8pm it hit us both hard. Same symptoms and all. I have had food poisoning once before and this was definitely #2.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting

First pizza arrived with burned cheese on top.
I complained and server replaced pizza.
It tasted a little odd...but I ate it.
About 3 hours after I has stomach cramps ...the next day diarrhea and nausea.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever
