I ordered a medium Carmel frappe and a few hours later I was vomiting, with SEVERE stomach cramps and diarrhea. It was literally the worst pain I ever felt in my life. I was going to have my fiancé take me to the hospital  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Cramps

I ate after work at 10PM, near when they close. Took my food home, (a chicken quesadilla, churro, and some potato olays) ate, came home and went to bed. Woke up at 4AM sweating and proceeded to vomit A LOT. This went on until like seven and repeated a few more times, along with some other symptoms.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
