Ordered a chef salad for lunch while I was at work, ate it, and then around 7pm I started having stomach cramps. By 8pm I was having diarrhea and the worst stomach cramps of my life. Started running a low grade fever overnight.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Cramps, Fever
