At the airport. Had market salad that looked questionable. Also contained pineapple (see other report). Approx 12 hours later began vomiting, had diarrhea, and intense stomach pain. Only one in family to eat salad and only one to get sick.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain

I ate a quarter pounder from there with a frappe and I believe the frappe had old milk in it and the burger gave me food poisoning. My stomach immediately hurt and I ended throwing up all night. I also had diarrhea.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting

Either this place or hog wild. The whole family has the runs and nausea

Update 09/04: I'm feeling better today than yesterday. Very upset stomach diarrhea for almost 4 days now but getting better today. Very dehydrated. Forcing fluids. I'm going to try to return to work Saturday.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea
