I ate the captain crunch berry cereal bar and became very sick for almost 48 hours. I thought maybe just a bug ate another one a week later and sick for almost 48 hours. 4 days off work in 2 weeks all because this breakfast bar. WILL NEVER EAT AGAIN and I encourage no one else to as well.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Cramps, Chills, Headache

Today, After I ate there. I picked up my food drive home ate it. Within an hour I started feeling nauseous and my stomach hurt. About 10 minutes later I was having diarrhea constantly for about 20 mins. Still feel nauseous. Stomach still hurts.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Stomach Pain

Ate Swish Melt with auju sauce, fries, and dr. Pepper at 2pm on Sunday, August 27th. Symptoms started about 8pm. Have had diarrhea, vomiting, and nausea. I had to miss work today. Will not be going back to Arby's.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting

I ate the Philadelphia stake pizza at nine pm , it was delivered at 845 pm. I woke up at 3 am violently vomiting every where and started running slight fever after vomiting 7 times . It is now eleven am and is still feel nauseous.  | Symptoms: Fever, Nausea, Vomiting
