I got a regular chicken california yesterday morning and i have been throwing up and sick. do not eat here if u don’t want salmonella or food poisoning or whatever they’re giving out  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Fever, Cramps, Chills, Headache

This is the SECOND time I’ve been sick from there. I had the detox green smoothie BOTH times. Headache like crazy(5.5hrs after smoothie), nausea and vomiting (7.5hrs after smoothie). I do NOT think the kale is washed, nothing can be washed, this is ridiculous.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Headache

I became severely and violently ill a few hours after ingesting Turley chili and turkey bravo from this location. Spent Fri in the ER due to severity of my symptoms. As I write this, I'm still not feeling well.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting
