I ordered a 2 piece white meat, mashed potatoes gravy, biscuit and a coke on Monday night 7/10/17 around 930 pm. I became very fatigued, upset stomach, diarrhea, vomiting and nauseous beginning Tuesday. Ive been sick ever since.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting

Ate a chicken sandwich in between flights with my husband. Within an hour I felt very nauseous and weak. I vomited for remainder of flight and into the early morning. I order a Classic Meatball Sub with American Cheese. After 30 mins of eating my stomach started cramping bad, I ran to the bathroom cause nauseous kicked making me vomit.
