Ate chicken nuggets at 9pm, woke up in the morning and was extremely nauseous. Went to school, vomited in class and went home. Spent the next 4 hours vomiting every 20-30 minutes, about 9 times in total. Had severe diarrhea throughout and still have it as of today (it's been almost 48 hours since)  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting

Taco Bell, Broad Street, Bridgewater, MA, United States

•reported by user-qydv3448 • details

I stopped there on my way from school to work because I was in a rush. It was probably around 2pm. I had two regular crunchy tacos. About three hours after that I started having explosive diarrhea with little warning. This has been going on for 6 days along with stomach pain.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Stomach Pain
