March 27th, Lucky Charms cereal before bed..woke up round 5am I was sick with explosive diarrhea..vomiting..nausea.. for 3 days (3/27 to 3/30.. I was admitted to the hospital on 3/30 and went home 4/01 still feeling totally weak. Was treated for nausea and dehydration.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Weakness, Dehydration
