I ate here last evening at 6:30pm, I ate Lentil soup,Lebanese Salad, Baba gounash , hummus and roasted egg plant dip. I now have Diarrhea, severe abdominal pain and nausea, lethargy and chills  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Chills, Stomach Pain

Sunday, I had to go to the emergency room and be transferred to the University of Michigan hospital in Ann Arbor whre I was until last night. I left without the consent of the doctor because ai cannot miss more work  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting

I had a double stack, fries, chicken nuggets and a coke.
Last week I ate there. Nauseous, bad diarrhea bad cramps. Over a week later and still can't eat without symptoms! I did not eat their lettuce. I've been to urgent care and the doctor. Was tempted to go to ER twice.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Cramps
