I had the chicken sandwich Saturday night with lettuce it, woke up in the middle of the night with severe stomach cramps and I vomited twice. The next day I felt nauseous then i was vomiting and I had diarrhea.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Cramps

Felt 100% fine prior going. Within an hr of eating there I got severe stomach pain and nausea. Then within an hr after that I got severe vomiting. Still feel terrible hours later  | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain
