Went on 3/15. i had cheese stuffed shells and chicken gnocchi soup, which were the only things i ate that day. developed incredibly severe hives, fever, diarrhea, and vomiting within 12 hours. had to be hospitalized twice. i have no food allergies and have never had any food poisoning this severe.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Fever

The first symptoms were today after about 5 am., I'm guessing the Rotisserie chicken I bought and ate yesterday. It was the only "new" thing in my fridge. Just additional symptoms were fatigue and headache. I feel like I'm past the worst now.  | Symptoms: Headache, Fatigue, Diarrhea, Nausea, Other
