I asked and order 16 pc Wing and asked for well done, I believe these 3 white woman purposefully gave me old expired pathogen filled chicken wings I couldn’t sleep my stomach was kicking my ass. I woke up puke everywhere and committed the next entire day. And still feel weak.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting

Naked Vit C purchased at here, I ate lunch and felt fine. About 2.5 hours later I drank a Naked Vitamin C. Approximately 20 to 30 minutes later I felt nauseous, stomach cramping and gurgling and I finally threw up. I started to feel better after an hour.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Cramps

Bad ground beef.

09/30 update: It was Every Plate (parent company is Hello Fresh). We often get Hello Fresh branded items included in our meal kit. I recognized the ground beef packaging, because its provided in both EveryPlate and Hello Fresh meal kits.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting
