I ate the chipotle chicken sandwich about an hour after I felt like I was gonna poop my pants and sweating profusely. Stomach cramps were severe and the diarrhea and cramps didn’t stop for over 12 hours. Only thing that helped me from vomiting was peptobismol -  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Cramps, Sweating

My wife, daughter, son and I ate here mothers day. Not sure, Four separate meals were provided, each meal was different. Only shared cheese sticks. Each individual got sick that day. 3 people recovered. 1 did not recover. The meal provided consisted of medium rare tri tip, Mac n cheese, rice.  | Symptoms: Other

Ordered rotisserie chicken via instacart around april 10 2023. Ate it immediately upon delivery.

Hours later I vomited profusely. Couldn't keep water/solids down until 10 hours after the vomiting started. Experienced fever, chills, delirium, severe diahrhrea, lethargy, and multiple other symptoms.
