On Sept 11 2023 The shrimp in a dish called happy family I'm still sick with symptoms
I got 100$ worth of Chinese food got a dish called happy family when I ate the shrimp it disintegrated in my mouth then the next morning throwing up and diarrhea am still feeling sick after 7 days  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting

I ate a box 2 weeks ago and got green diarrhea, ate another box the next week got green diarrhea again. Just opened another bag and had some this morning and i have been having stomach pains and green diarrhea since.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Stomach Pain, Green Stool

Had boneless Buffalo tenders lift an app and then bacon cheeseburger with side salad for meal and then ended with the triple chocolate meltdown. Was up at 3am and still at 8am do not feel 100%  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea
