Ordered a veggie sandwich. First time trying it and only thing I ate that day. Onions, peppers, roll. About 4 hours later had excruciating stomach pains. Vommitting, diarrhea, chills and fever for 24 hours.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Fever, Cramps, Chills
