I drank a large strawberry banana smoothie. The morning after, I had severe diarrhea. I felt extremely dizzy, and then passed out. 911 was called, and I went to the hospital. When back from the hospital, I vomited. Long story short, I'll be staying away from there for a while.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting, Dizziness

After purchasing tuna steaks from we cooked them for dinner on 9/22/19 and ate them around 8:15 pm. By 11:30 I was vomiting all night and morning. I had extreme nausea and stomach pains and was dry heaving after my stomach was empty.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain

My daughter was at a kid’s party meal after roller skating. She ordered and ate a Classic burger, strawberry shake, & a few fries around 4:30pm. She went to sleep around 11:30pm and woke up vomitting at 1:30am, 2:30am, and 4am.  | Symptoms: Vomiting
