I ate there Sunday evening, 7/23/17. Hours later I got violently ill with severe bloody diarrhea, headache and abdominal pains. Now 4 days later I am still very ill and I went to the hospital today. I am waiting to hear back my results for my stool samples.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Headache, Stomach Pain

I had the turkey gobbler and about two hours later my stomach felt hard and full then pains started. Then diarrhea and vomiting. Then the fever had me up all night shaking. My skin had goosebumps that hurt if you touched them and now the end result is I feel like a truck hit me.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting

I got white rice, black beans, chicken sour cream and lettuce. I dont know which item it was that made me vomit but i vomited twice and in between i had stomach pains and i still do  | Symptoms: Vomiting, Stomach Pain
