we were 5 people but only two of us got sick after 6 or 7 hours we left the restaurant we can't be 100% sure what was that make us sick we assume it was the Grilled Shrimp Skewers which only the two of us ate later that night ,it's been 3 days and we are still sick  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting

I went to McDonald’s around 6:30 pm. I got a Cheeseburger and Medium fry. I woke up at 2:00 with extreme abdominal pain, threw up 7 times, have had diarrhea all day long. I called McDonald’s to address them with the incident incurred and they hung up on me.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting
