Both my sister and I got sick from eating the mac and cheese. It was the only dish we both ate. I vomited and had diarrhea for hours (I ate the most of it), and my sister had diarrhea.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting

The first time I brought the chicken sandwich I experienced a headache and thought maybe it was just from a long day. I tried the sandwich again today and started having pain in my neck along with a mild headache and chest discomfort. I'm done with this sandwich. I don't trust it.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Other, Headache, Chest Pain
