I had a crispy chicken sandwich with the new bbq sauce from Wendys on Monday and have had diarrhea everday since then. Today is Sunday and Im on the toilet as I write this, Within an hour after I ate on Monday, I had to run to the bathroom. Its now Sunday and I still have diarrhea.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea

My girl friend and I order some wings, a meduim sized pizza, and breadsticks and an hour or so later my girlfriend started to throw up and feel bad. Then I started to feel nasusa and a fever.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting

Ate a 4 peice chicken tenders with fries and a water and felt awful after. Could barely move. Around 3 I started feeling nauseous and felt miserable then at about 9:30 I started vomiting  | Symptoms: Vomiting

I ate their casaer salad that they had in Wal-Mart. I didn't experience any stomach pain till a half hour after I ate the good. I viciously threw up at LEAST 3 times, but no signs of having an fever. Still slept with stomach pain  | Symptoms: Nausea, Stomach Pain, Fever

I went to Walmart to pick up a few things grabbed a salad for me and my husband I got the ranch Cobb salad and when we got home we ate salad for lunch a few hours later I was feeling nauseous and started vomiting and sweating I know it had to be the salad because that's the only thing I ate  | Symptoms: Nausea, Fever, Vomiting
