We made a fruit salad out of melons and added grapes. 3 people who ate it all got sick to stomach with cramps and got diarrhea. This has lasted a few hours so far  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea

I ate the salad around 9:15pm last night from Wendy’s. It was the crispy spicy chicken Caesar salad. My symptoms started not even 30 min after eating the salad. I feel so sick and terrible my symptoms are still going on it’s every 10 min I have to use the bathroom.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea

Ate at Panera at lunch time. Had a salad and a bowl of soup. Midnight severe cramping and sensation of vomiting. Sat on the toilet until I passed out. Since I have heart problems, the doctor wasn't sure what was the cause.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting, Cramps
