Ate at Findlay Ohio Texas Roadhouse on Friday. Steak, baked potato, and blooming onion. Started getting nauseous early Saturday morning. Then diarrhea, cramps, and stomach pains. It’s now 11pm and it’s still going on.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Cramps

We stop for dinner, at Cracker Barrel. went to stay with daughter. Went to bed around 10 my stomach was a little upset and around 1:30 i started dirrea, vomiting and lt lasted untill10:00 next day. I am still weak and have no appetite HLB I had 4 peice. Southern fried chicken.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Cramps, Headache, Weakness, Loss of Appetite

Ate it last night and symptoms started this morning, last week same thing, I am a nursing home residents as well so I know it was taco bell. Not additional details really, they just need to know and fix it so no one else gets sick.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting

I ate a Marie Callender’s chicken pot pie which I microwaved for 9 minutes. Four hours later,, I had severe abdominal pain, nausea and diarrhea. The diarrhea has lasted for 24 hours, as of now. Purchased from Walmart.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Stomach Pain
