Ate a huge bowl of Lucky Charms last night before I went to bed. I woke up early morning in horrible gastric distress and diarrhea. Stomach is still in pain 3 hours later. Just happened to see the story about Lucky Charms making people ill so I wanted to report also  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Gas

I ate Pollo Asado bowl for lunch along with quest dip, chips and a Tractor organic tea (which the cap was lose) by early evening I was vomiting. It lasted through the night.
