Quarter pounder meal. Four hours later I'm waking up with ezcruciationg stomach pains and nausea. I've been vomiting on and off throughout the morning. No diarrhea yet. Horrible feeling that this might be food poisoning.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Diarrhea
